5. Admin will be responsible for Add/ Update/ Deletion of users.
6. All the data collected including Phone number, E-Mail ID & Photographs will be stored in secured database & will not be leaked.
7. The app itself if free of cost & there is no in-app purchases to be made.
8. The app will be used in integration with our panel www.evisitor.live
9. The Data will be kept safe with the company & will not be used for any public use.
10. The data collected will be kept private.
11. The data is collected will be use to maintain & follow COVID protocols to maintain the health & security of the Employees.
The Application is designed to basically manage the in-coming visitors at Evershine Builders head office.
In this pandemic, the front-end employees which includes receptionist has to constantly face every new visitor which increases his/her risk of getting infected. To prevent this, E-Visitor Application will be used where receptionist can fill the details of the visitor who has come to visit by simply logging on his/her phone & fill up the visitor form which includes capturing image as well as entering temperature readings and submit it.
Upon submitting, the respected employee who has logged in using his details provided by the admin will get a notification which will alert him with a visitor with their respective name has come to visit him. Based on which he can reply with a pre-fixed replies as well can create a customized reply which will be received by the receptionist.
The data will be filled manually by the receptionist will be primarily used to make sure the Employee of the Evershine Builders who will be meeting the visitor is going to be safe in this pandemic.
The data will also be used to generate weekly/ monthly reports by admin.
Common Login will be used for the following purposes:
1. Reception can directly log in using the login credentials provided by the admin team to him/her.
2. Employee can directly log in using the login credentials provided by the admin team to him/her.
3. Admin can login using the admin credentials onto the application.
Once logged in, respective user will stay logged in onto the application unless the Reception/ Employee/ Admin manually click on logout through the application.
